Started watching potemayo

there isnt really a word adorable enough to fully describe this series. found it due to browsing 4chan (the only topics available at the time were nothing but this and NTR beastiality threads--you REALLY dont want to know anything more on the subject) and MY GOD is it a cute series.

I don't understand tghe appeal of these programmes or what demographic its targeting
that thing came across as creepy as opposed to cute

Its disturbing though and it took me a while to get the mian character was a dude
Some freaky mutant invades his fridge and later the school, for some reqason evereyone tells you its cute

Seriously something is not cute just cause characters state it
The writing is appalling

I don't understand why Japan can't just make stupid cartoons without having everything be "cute". You can bet if Spongebob was Japanese it would be set in a school and all the characters would be human. Japan is boring.

ironically they try to hide this by acting like everything is diffrent, by inventing a new gimmick i.e. my character is a potato, oh wait thats just there name
the number of these school animes is shockingly high, they all seem identical and all the characters could be in the same freaking school
