Alright so we had a few fights, for starters most of the characters i played with today i haven't played with before, but i dunno if it would of looked like that.
But basically that made me notice that you don't seem to be aware of a few SF things that you might have picked up off the older ones
On the plus side, you seemed to have one of the best combo knowledges i've played against, with obviously the exceptions of the really good players i played against
I mean you might be aware but a few useful things to remember is that generally speaking:
invincible frames theres loads in this game
an attacking limb, can hurt you for its whole length
most specials have a super or ultra they can cancel into (you might have done this)
flying kicks break through crouching block and you just need to block more in general (i was kinda hitting you with flying kicks left right and centre, which was suprising as normally they don't work on ppl)
missing an ultra leaves you open like crazy, if your gonna use one wait till you get an opening
The main thing i noticed was you were pulling out advanced shit without just basic stuff, I think sora mentioned this in another topic, he said something along the lines of combos generally being bullshit, which to be fair is pretty true until you get to higher tier players
Also i think your gonna be awesome with gouken and chun li, not really sure what i made of your abel you were good, but at the same time i dunno if you were doing anything at that good a standard
Personally if i were you i'd play around with the other characters, complete there trials all up to just there 2 ultras, this will help a lot you'll be more familiar with there specials and the distancing, taking advantage of knowing where someones special ends is perfect (this was how i ultraed you in the back when you missed your ultra on me)
