Why is there not a Gantz topic anywhere? lolz.

Anyway anyone into or read this series. It's the greatest manga ever made. My favorite and I know all and have seen all.

Read 314 yet?

I only know that there are dinosaurs in it. And that people die all the time in it.

There were dinosaurs in one mission.

People die.. when they are killed. But like dragonball people can be braught back in this manga.

I'm really dissapointed that nobody else reads this. I think this manga > The big three. And easily.

Could we get, y'know... a premise?

Well basically the manga is about random people who died are braught back to life by a mysterious ball that gives them special suits that give super streingth, super speed, and invisibility. And a bunch of futuristic weapons. They are then forced to go out and hunt Aliens/monsters and are givin points for how many you kill.

This happens continueously until someone reaches 100 points and either you can choose to be free, Revive someone who died, or get a better weapon.

Every mission gets harder as the manga goes on. And it's loaded with Fanservice, action and Gore. And lots of those 3.

Currently the mangas on chapter 314 and things are totally War of the world shit.... It's on Mangavolume.


And it's my favorite Manga of all time. Even morso than TTGL or Dragonball

checked out the anime for a time, it seemed cool, but not interesting (to me, mind you, im not saying this is a bad series or anything) enough to really hold my attention. i heard it has tits as well.

Let's be honest here, it's not hard to find a series that is. Hell, even when judging the Big 3 without comparing them to other series, the only one that's decent is One Piece(when it doesn't suck and drag on), the other two are just shit.

Agreed. Though I'm just testing the water to how you guys stand with anime/manga. I mean had you not just said that and siad something like Bleach is better then.. woah. I do think one piece is over rated though especially since Ace died. But I'll get to that some other day. This is a gantz topic.

The anime doesn't hold a candle to the manga. The anime only goes up to the 3rd mission, and then it goes into a filler ending. I really really reccomend the manga to all of you.

From what I can tell if you guys gave it a chance I'm sure you'd be thanking me. Atleast until you got to chapter 100.

i'll probably pick it up as a weekend 'project', seeing as ive caught up with most of the series ive read. though a chapter-by-chapter (from you) review would be fairly welcome here as well.

To Gantz fans this is like Naruto killing Sasuke or someone killing Aizen. Pretty top notch.

Or just take 3 days out of your life and read the whole series, either or, I dont care.
