but most comics and other media contain at least one person who is super rich comparativelyl compared to the others

Tony Stark is rich. Tony, Bruce, and Lex are the masters of money.

Of course Darkseid owns an entire civilliaztion, so he can be considered richer or Galactus frmo Marvel can just create whatever he wants.

Well then I think Tony,Bruce, and Lex came too a tigh. It depends Lex as the President or with the Everyman Project was when he was richest.

At that stage he had far more money then Tony and Bruce.

However on a daily basis Bruce and Lex have similar amounts of money, and Tony has pretty much the same amounts of money the two DC Billionaires have.

Also natural wealth, or wealth created via powers. Mister M had molecular control, and so could make infinite amounts of money. He even learned to reality warp, became so strong he had to die.

Neither Norm, Tony, Bruce nor Lex are the richest characters in their universes. I'm not sure who's #1, but comic authors love rattling off anything that stands out about the characters once every issue. I'd definitely remember hearing if any of those guys was ever stated as being the "richest".
