Has anyone gotten a custom stage they never made yet?

I went onto the create level thing and next to the sample levels is a new one that I've never seen before. I couldnt edit it or anything but I did play on it. The level looks like a pacman ghost about to be eaten by a human head.

When you get on Wifi, you get random stages from Nintendo or some shit like that.
